RARE! LATE 1800S-EARLY 1900s O.P. COMPANY SYRACUSE ROUND THREE PIECE BUTTER DISH SET INCLUDES STRAINER #1346

• Rare piece, EXTREMELY hard to find others with the blue flower, plus even more uncommon would be the strainer as part of the set.
• Excellent condition, although there’s a hairline on the bottom of the plate, but doesn’t go through.  There are a few chips on the unglazed portion of the plate, but it’s not noticeable and doesn’t cause any leveling issues for the plate.  You can see them in the pictures.  Our price reflects these few minimal condition issues.
• Made in the early 1900s by the O.P. Company Syracuse China
• Fine porcelain three-piece butter dish set (butter plate, cover and strainer)
• Comes with removable punctured strainer for butter to rest on, so it doesn’t get mushy and watery on the bottom.  Rarely do butter dishes have these with them.  
• Cover rests around plate ridge and covers butter and strainer.
• In white color with pale, faint blue and green floral designs
• Gold gilt designs accent tray and cover
• Small gold gilt decorated finial attached to lift top.
• 8.5" wide x 4.5" tall 7.25" deep
