Product Description

VINTAGE COMMODORES "ROCK STARS BUCKLE" METAL BELT BUCKLE

  • This vintage belt buckle was made in the 1970’s-1980’s. It represents the band known as the Commodores.
  • The Commodores were an American funk and soul band, most prominent in the late 1970’s to the mid 1980’s. There most notable member was Lionel Richie, and other members included Walter Orange, James Dean Nicholas, William King and more. They created music in the genres of funk, soul, R&B, and pop. They first joined together in Tuskegee, Alabama in 1968.
  • Made of a silver-tone metal base, this oval shaped belt buckle is very good quality.
  • Featured on the front is a black decal with silver sparkling lettering “COMMODORES” that look three dimensional.
  • This belt is in unbelievably good condition. It is like new for a belt buckle that has possibly been out of its package for 50+ years.
  • It measures 2.25” wide x 3.5” tall x .25” deep and weighs 2.3 ounces before packaging.
