VINTAGE KATE MILLER MCRASKE CAFE DU THEATRE WALL TAPESTRY MADE IN AMERICA

• This vintage wall hanging tapestry was made by Kate Miller McRaske, whose signature can be found on the bottom left corner, from Scene Weaver. It is titled “Cafe Du Theatre”.
• “Cafe Du Theatre” is representative of a real Parisian cafe with the same name. Cafe Du Theatre is located in many big cities around the world offering true french bistro fare. 
• Featured on this magnificent tapestry is the front of a beautiful cafe. Along the sidewalk in front of the cafe is black metal tables and chairs with white table cloths and bouquets of bright sky blue flowers. The storefront of the cafe is a dark ruby red. In the windows of the storefront are cream colored curtains that go half-way up with ruby red markings, and the words “Tartines- Scrups a L’eau   Crepes- Tartes- Patisserie” in a banana yellow elegant print. Flanking the windows are two dark green small trees in black pots. The dark green, almost black, door has a hanging sign that reads “ouvert” in ruby red. The beige awning above the storefront reds “CAFE du THEATRE   SALON de THE’” in black print. The second floor of the beige building has   three large windows with whips white curtains blowing and and black flower boxes holding dark ruby red flowers. The third floor of the building has three windows covered with light beige shutters. Sage and forest green vines grow over the building face with the palest yellow blossoms and sky blue blooms. 
• This tapestry is expertly made with different colored threads being used throughout to accurately depict light, shadows, and real life dimensions. It also has two removable metal cylindrical weight rods that slip into the bottom of the tapestry to help keep it hanging straight and flat. 
• Bordering the entire scene is an inch of dark ruby red with a black S-like pattern. The back side of the tapestry is solid black. 
• We are keeping this tapestry in its original plastic bag for safe keeping as it is in excellent condition. 
• Measuring 36” wide x 53” tall, this tapestry makes an eye-catching and truly beautiful wall decoration. It weighs 2 pounds before packaging.
